Taho is a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft, silken tofu, arnibal, and sago pearl. This staple comfort food is a signature sweet and taho peddlers can be found all over the country.

And since Ive been missing it, finally decided to make my own for breakfast today. Mine was made from 2 cups soya milk, 2 tsp gelatin powder boiled together, cooled down and put it in the fridge. Plus the boiled tapioca (sago) and arnibal, caramelized brown sugar (brown sugar+water; boiled), thats it! — although I still miss manong lol
