Today’s recipe is this simple Arrabiata pasta.
Was starving today and was initially planning to order food, but since its the second day of Ramadan, most places dont open until late. So I had a look whats in the fridge and realized I can come up with something delish!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1. Pasta (any will do)
2. Diced onion
4. 4 cherry tomatoes
6. Parmesan cheese
HOW TO COOK:
Start boiling up the pasta, so by the time the mix is ready, the pasta is already cooked.
Stir fry the onion. Add spinach after 3 minutes. And the cherry tomatoes after another 3minutes on a teaspoon of olive oil. Set aside.
When the pasta is cooked, place on the same pan we were cooking the vegetables for flavor. Add pepper on the pasta and add sauce (enough to cover the pasta). Stir for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add baked meatballs — in this case I air fried the meatballs.
